Foundational People Skills Certification

You begin with this program to cover the essential areas of People Skills and enhance your competency, comfort and confidence. This program is comprised of 5 modules and 2 single session topics for a total of 12 sessions over 12 weeks. It is based on Dr. Shaler's book, Wrestling Rhinos: Conquering Conflict in the Wilds of Work which you receive in ebook format when you register.

Each week's class is delivered through a 90-minute teleconference call where concepts are taught, scenarios discussed and group coaching takes place. Each week, you download the reading and assignments for each subsequent class from a secure website that only registered participants can access. This allows you to prepare well for the next class.
