Advanced People Skills Certification

Once you have completed the Foundation Program, you are eligible to take the Advanced Program. This Advanced training opportunity provides a deeper understanding of three important skills learned in the Foundation Program, as well as higher level skills that will increase your opportunities for advancement in the workplace and improve your leadership capacity.

The Advanced program is comprised of 4 modules. As with the foundation program, each course is a 90-minute teleseminar with assignments.

The Advanced modules are:

Communication - 2 sessions
Conflict Management - 2 sessions
Negotiation Skills- 2 sessions
Team-Building Skills & Strategies- 2 sessions

This program is built on the Foundational People Skills program which is, therefore, a pre-requisite.
